It was due to be held at Powderham Castle in June
Organisers of Let's Rock Exeter have announced the festival will not got ahead this year.
The one-day retro festival was set to take place at Powderham Castle on 28 June, with the likes of Kim Wilde, Squeeze and Go West on the line-up.
In a post on social media and on the festival's website, a statement read: "We are very sorry to say that we are not able to continue with our plans to stage Let's Rock in Exeter this year.
"This is not a decision we've taken lightly.
"All ticket buyers will receive full refunds automatically."
Organisers had previously made announcements on the social media pages for the events in Leeds, Northampton, Scotland, Southampton and Wales to say the festival was 'taking a well earned rest so it can come back stronger.'
According to Companies House, UK Live Limited, the company which runs the events, is in administration.
Tickets can only currently be purchased for the event in Shrewsbury.
