Life in danger in Holsworthy arson

People asleep as property set on fire

A fire at a home in Holsworthy is being treated as arson with an attempt to endanger life.

Police are now looking for three men thought to be in a Saab estate car with a 2006 registration plate.

The property on Whimble Hill in the town was set alight at approximately 11.40pm on Saturday 23 March when the occupants were asleep.

Detectives want members of the public who may have witnessed anything suspicious to come forward and speak to them in confidence.

The vehicle, of a type not common on the road, is thought to have travelled through Holsworthy both before and after the incident.
