A boy who'd gone missing from Tiverton while in need of life-saving medical treatment has been found.
Police put out an urgent appeal to find seven year old Neon Luca Roberts and his mother Sally last night.
Neon has recently had surgery for a brain tumour and needs radio-therapy .. but police believe his mother was opposed to him having the treatment.
They've now been found in Sussex and emergency protection measures have been put in place.
