After two months camped on Exeter Cathedral Green, anti-capitalist protesters have been asked to leave.
The group, which set up camp in November, has been issued an ultimatum by the Cathedral which it's been asked to respond to by midday on Friday.
The action is part of a global movement against social and economic inequality.
Authorities say that conditions on the Green have become difficult and too messy, attracting alcohol users and leading to anti-social behaviour with police frequently being called to the site.
The protesters have been offered an alternative presence at the Cathedral, possibly in the form of a marquee.
Depending on the protesters' response, the Diocese will consider it's options in a meeting next Thursday.
