Devon and Cornwall Police have confirmed a body found on Paignton seafront yesterday morning was a 19 year old man.
Officers say his next of kin have been told and his death is not being treated as suspicious. A file will be prepared for the coroner.
Emergency services were called to the park near Paignton Pier at 7.10am yesterday (Monday 16th September). A scene guard and cordon were in place for much of the morning.
