More than 150 fans watch City beat Larkhall 4-0
A record league attendance of 150 people watched Exeter City Women beat Larkhall Athletic Women 4-0 on Sunday (26th September). It was City's second win in five days, taking them to third place in the National League table.
The goals came from Emily Toogood, Anthea Kaptein, Phoebe Baker and Connie Pengelly.
Speaking about the record attendance, co-manager Aaron Wakley said: "That's what's it's all about. It's about bringing younger girls here to see what they can aspire to be like - and I'm sure the players buzz of it.
"It's great to see so many new faces here today, hopefully we put on a good show for them and they go away happy as well as we are."
Next up, Exeter travel to Portishead as their league campaign continues.
