A woman suffered life changing injuries
Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision on the A38 near Chudleigh.
It happened on Tuesday 22 November on the northbound stretch of the carriageway shortly before 9am.
A grey Volvo XC60 and a blue BMW 420 were involved in the incident. The driver of the Volvo, a woman in her 40's, was taken to Derriford Hospital and suffered life changing injuries. The driver of the BMW escaped with minor injuries.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has dashcam footage of the incident is asked to contact police by calling 101.
