A woman received facial injuries
Police are appealing for witnesses following a road rage incident in Exeter.
It happened on Alphington Road close to the junction with Sydney Road and the neighbouring Alphington Road Retail Park at around 5pm on Friday 11 August.
It's reported a man used his van to deliberately hit into another vehicle causing damage. He then exited his van and punched a female in the vehicle in the face.
The victim, in her 50s, required hospital treatment for a facial injury and was later discharged.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have CCTV or dashcam footage or who was driving through the area at the time.
