Heavy rain expected
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for Devon, due to start at 4pm this afternoon (Wednesday 20th October).
Heavy rain is expected to hit the county overnight, wet and windy weather will likely brings some disruption, says the Met Office. The warning is in place until 3am tomorrow morning.
What to expect
- Bus and train services probably affected with journey times taking longer
- Spray and flooding on roads probably making journey times longer
- Some interruption to power supplies and other services likely
- Flooding of a few homes and businesses is likely
