An investigation is under way into the death of a 22-year-old man in Exeter Prison.
Adam Rogers died on Monday, despite attempts to resuscitate him, after being found unresponsive in his cell.
The prison service says as with all deaths in custody there will now be an investigation by the independent Ombudsman.
