National Apprenticeship Week is being marked at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust this week
They currently employ apprentices in a variety of roles including Healthcare Support, Management and IT.
They play a key role in helping people to get a foot on the career ladder.
The Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust says they're for people wanting to get into clinical jobs, or in business or catering.
The RD&E is holding a careers event in the RILD Building tomorrow (Wednesday) from 4pm - 7pm.
