Exeter CAB says plan now for Christmas

People on low incomes are being urged to plan now for the extra costs of Christmas, by Exeter Citizens Advice Bureau.

The CAB says it's best to stick to a realistic budget and be honest with friends and family if you can't afford expensive presents.

Chief Executive Steve Barriball says this is not a time to splash out on credit cards or take out high-interest short-term loans.
