Payday loan changes 'don't go far enough'.

Exeter's Citizens Advice Bureau says the Government should be doing more to make payday lenders give borrowers a fair deal.

Ministers have announced plans to put a cap on the overall cost of payday loans... but the CAB says that doesn't go far enough.

A national survey by the CAB found that payday lenders had failed to keep promises they made more than a year ago - and continue handing out loans people will struggle to repay, without proper explanation of the charges.
