Marcus Cobb, 32 and Daniel Maskell, 26, died at scene
The crash happened on the A3072 at Pulworthy Cross near Hatherleigh at around 9.30pm on Wednesday 25th July.
The driver, Marcus Cobb, aged 32 from Jacobstowe, and front seat passenger, Daniel Maskell, aged 26 from Hatherleigh, both died at the scene.
A 21-year-old man from Hatherleigh, was airlifted to Derriford Hospital - he's being treated for serious injuries.
A fourth passenger, a 29-year-old man from Okehampton, sustained minor injuries and was taken to Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital by ambulance and has since been discharged.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
