Driver put a video on YouTube
Police in Devon say a driver has "voluntarily" removed flashing lights and a siren from their car.
Officers from the Roads Policing Alliance Unit tweeted this picture, saying the items would be destroyed.
They say the driver had put a video on YouTube.
