Officers seized a number of cars in Torbay yesterday. They tweeted about each of the incidents, including this BMW which had no insurance and they say had only been owned for one hour.
They also seized a Mondeo because the driver had no licence/insurance a VW Beetle because the driver had no insurance and 3 unrestrained children in the back.
