Unruly dogs have been causing alarm and distress to people in a popular park in Sidmouth.
The district council has received several reports of dogs off the lead and out of control in The Byes.
In one case two large dogs jumped up at a little girl walking with her family.... in another an Alsatian jumped over a fence into someone's garden.
There have also been cases of dogs on the loose pestering other people's dogs, which were on leads at the time.
