An 82-year-old man has died more than five months after being injured in a car crash on the North Devon link road.
John Pope from Winkleigh was hurt, when his car collided with a tipper lorry at the North Molton junction, near South Molton.
Devon and Cornwall Police say they are now investigating the accident as a fatal collision and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
