Exeter City sign forward Ryan Loft on loan

The Grecians have signed Ryan Loft from Tottenham Hotspur for the remainder of the season.

Loft is highly rated by Tottenham Hotspur, the club's website describes the rising star as an imposing presence on the pitch.

The youngster, who was born in Gravesend, has played for both Dartford and Ebbsfleet United before linking up with Spurs Academy. He made his Football League debut for Stevenage after joining them on loan in January 2017.

In total, Loft made nine appearances for Hertfordshire in League Two last season in addition to playing 11 times for Spurs’ under-23 team where he scored in home matches against Liverpool and Reading.

The season before Ryan netted 13 goals in 22 appearances for Tottenham’s under-18s team.

City are currently fifth in League 2 following an away win against top of the table Notts County on the weekend. City's new signing will hopefully continue their push for promotion.
