The MP for Exeter says he's deeply concerned about the levels of homelessness and rough sleeping in the city.
It comes as the city council are looking at new measures to tackle the problem, including ways to prevent people ending up on the streets.
Ben Bradshaw agrees that action is urgently needed.
He says the increase in homelessness is largely down to Government cuts.
