Three staff members at Exeter's Royal Clarence Hotel, who were on duty when the devastating fire broke out there last autumn, have received awards for evacuating guests safely.
The awards are given out every year by Devon's fire service, to firefighters and members of the public, for exceptional actions or acts of bravery.
John Bradley, Paul Lewis and Steve Ellis have been presented with certificates of commendation by the Chief Fire Officer Lee Howell.
