Officers and police helicopter located him in Redhills
Police officers tried to stop a car at 1250 this lunchtime, but 2 men got out and ran towards Albion Street (near Exeter St Thomas Station)
The male driver was last seen near St Thomas Pleasure Grounds. Officers, police dogs and the helicopter are still looking for him.
The passenger - a 19 year old man from the city - was detained in Landhayes Road, Redhills and was found with what Police believe to be drugs.
