Four arrested
A man has suffered a leg injury following an incident in Barnstaple on Saturday night.
Police and ambulance were called to an address in Pulchrass Street in the town at 11.15 p.m.
The man, who is in his thirties, received treatment for a minor wound.
Four people arrested in connection with the incident were in custody through Sunday whilst detectives investigated.
Detective inspector Emma Lefort says the public can be assured there is no ongoing danger to the public, and that the incident is believed to have been an isolated one.
