Family of 17-year-old informed
Police searching for a missing Torquay teenager have located a body at the base of cliffs near the town.
The body of a male was recovered at around 2pm on Monday afternoon.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
The family of missing teenager Plaman Gandev, 17, from Torquay, have been made aware.
He went missing from his home on Saturday. His sister later took to social media to appeal for help finding him, saying he was a shy teenager. It's understood he had recently experienced the bereavement of a friend.
