There's been a spate of burglaries from barns, sheds and other outbuildings in east Devon. Police are now warning residents in rural areas to be vigilant.
Thieves have broken into outbuildings near Ottery St Mary, West Hill and Higher Metcombe in the last couple of weeks - and police say there have been similar incidents in other areas.
Among the items stolen are power tools, animal feed, fencing, petrol... and in one more unusual case, eight Koi Carp from a pond.
The buildings targeted also include a stable block in Allercombe, where the thieves took horse brushes and other related items.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to get in touch.
