He's breaches sexual harm order
A man who was last known to be living in the South Hams is being sought for a recall to prison for breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
James Williams, 54, is originally from Manchester and e was last known to be in the Reading and Portsmouth areas.
Police admit he could be anywhere.
They haven't disclosed in their latest statement why Mr Williams was in prison.
Anyone who sees him is asked not to approach him but to phone 999. Anyone who thinks they know of his whereabouts is asked to phone 101 or email 101@dc.police.uk quoting crime reference 082361/20.
